Chef de partie — Agra

Join our team: we are hiring a chef de partie in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations.
