You should bring keen eye for finish quality and surface defects; able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens. The role involves reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow.
