Dish pit attendant wanted in Pali

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Pali, State of Rajasthan. You will be based in a catering unit. Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
