Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Jamnagar, State of Gujarat. You should bring previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred; able to stand on your feet for long shifts. You will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
