You should bring able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies; able to read and follow recipes and dockets. The role involves: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs 1+ years on the tools preferred.
