You should have: • Physically fit to ride long hours and lift parcels up to 20 kg • Good knowledge of local roads, lanes and shortcuts On a typical shift you will sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub; carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end; collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift.
