Falsework carpenter — Kannur

Now hiring: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Kannur, State of Kerala. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Able to read formwork and structural drawings The role involves: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
