Now hiring: shuttering fixer (State of Kerala)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Kollam, State of Kerala. The job is on a metro and tunnel project. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts Day to day you will seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
