Painter and decorator wanted in Dhanbad

Great opportunity: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Dhanbad, State of Jharkhand. You will be based at a property maintenance company. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
