On the job you will handle: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift We are looking for 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen; good teamwork and clear communication under pressure. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
