Fine-dining server — Longding

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Longding, State of Arunachal Pradesh. Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform On a typical shift you will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around ₹27,000 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off.
