Kitchen cook — Anand

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Anand, State of Gujarat. Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
