Join our team: we are hiring a butcher in Hanamkonda, State of Telangana. The job is at a halal meat counter. Your main tasks: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders We are looking for food hygiene / HACCP certificate; clean, presentable and friendly at the counter; confident knife skills and safe blade handling.
