Formwork joiner — Thanjavur

Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Thanjavur, State of Tamil Nadu. The job is on a metro and tunnel project. You should bring knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing; 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites. On a typical shift you will check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Share your details and we will call you back.
