Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Tirunelveli Kattabo, State of Tamil Nadu. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. The role involves: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Ideally you have quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths; 2+ years experience working as a butcher. ₹20,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
