Great opportunity: we are hiring a banksman in Shajahanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Day to day you will rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller. You should bring confident with standard crane hand signals; able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. ₹26,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off.
