We are recruiting: we are hiring a bodyshop painter in Jalna, State of Maharashtra. Your main tasks: • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Able to read and match factory paint codes On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
