Moulder — Rayagada

Great opportunity: we are hiring a moulder in Rayagada, State of Odisha. The job is at a brass and bronze foundry. The role involves melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
