Join our team: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Jayashankar Bhupalapally, State of Telangana. You should have: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height Day to day you will grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges. 6+ years on the tools preferred. ₹220 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
