Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Gulbarga, State of Karnataka. The role involves: • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Refuel the machine and record running hours You should bring comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain; safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant; physically fit for climbing on and off the machine.
