PVC profile cutter — Kanniyakumari

Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Kanniyakumari, State of Tamil Nadu. You will be based in the profile cutting and welding bay. The role involves fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash. We are looking for 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors; an eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads; driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits.
