Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in North Goa, Goa. Your main tasks: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures We are looking for able to work fast and keep up under service pressure; able to stand on your feet for long shifts.
