On the job you will handle: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun You should bring able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens; can read film thickness gauges and colour codes; willing to work shifts and overtime.
