Road roller operator — Janjgir-Champa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a road roller operator in Janjgir-Champa, State of Chhattisgarh. You will be based on an earthmoving and excavation site. Your main tasks: • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift What we are looking for: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer ₹58,000 per project plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
