Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sausage maker in West Tripura, Tripura. The job is at a halal meat counter. The role involves: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Season and marinate meat on request • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 5+ years on the tools preferred.
