Great opportunity: we are hiring a garden maintenance worker in Salem, State of Tamil Nadu. The role involves: • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs Ideally you have pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage; good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting; physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors.
