Stamping press operator • Shajahanpur, Uttar Pradesh

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Shajahanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The job is at a white goods manufacturing plant. On a typical shift you will load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts. Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
