Great opportunity: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Chandigarh, Union Territory of Chandigarh. You will be based at a high-rise construction project. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements Day to day you will bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. We offer ₹15,500 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
