Great opportunity: we are hiring a MIG welder in Srikakulam, State of Andhra Pradesh. The job is at an automobile body shop. The role involves: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols You should bring willing to work shifts and overtime; able to grind, fit-up and tack independently. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₹1,100 per day, based on your experience.
