Offshore rigger • Ariyalur, State of Tamil Nadu

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Ariyalur, State of Tamil Nadu. You will be based on a high-rise building site. On the job you will handle: • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings We are looking for ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams; able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear.
