Join our team: we are hiring a carpenter in Mangan, Sikkim. You will work in a bespoke joinery workshop. On the job you will handle: • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails You should bring confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers; at least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience; physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height. Rotating shifts. Pay around ₹28,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
