Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Datia, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based in a catering unit. We are looking for able to stand on your feet for long shifts; previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred; able to work fast and keep up under service pressure. Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
