Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Dhaulpur, State of Rajasthan. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Day to day you will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Full-time, day shift.
