Great opportunity: we are hiring a production line helper in Kaushambi District, Uttar Pradesh. You will work at an automotive parts factory. The role involves report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; follow the work instruction sheet for each station; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses. We are looking for comfortable meeting hourly production targets; good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts; careful handling of tools and components. Rotating shifts. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
