Membrane applicator — North & Middle Andaman

Immediate opening: we are hiring a membrane applicator in North & Middle Andaman, Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. The job is on flat roofs and terraces. We are looking for sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges; working-at-height certificate an advantage. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
