Now hiring: we are hiring a sheet metal roofer in Eastern West Khasi Hills, Meghalaya. On a typical shift you will set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; insulate and ventilate the roof void; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs. You should have: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel Six days a week, one day off.
