Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
