Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Your main tasks: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Six days a week, one day off.
