Sausage maker wanted in South West Delhi

Now hiring: we are hiring a sausage maker in South West Delhi, National Capital Territory of Delhi. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. You should bring physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day; knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required. On a typical shift you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. ₹21,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
