Day-to-day duties: • Run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving You should bring can read electrical and piping schematics; confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests; ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage.
