Construction helper • Saiha, Mizoram

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a construction helper in Saiha, Mizoram. The job is on a high-rise construction site. The role involves bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer. What we are looking for: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
