Coating plant operator — Raigarh

Immediate opening: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Raigarh, State of Chhattisgarh. The job is at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Rotating shifts.
