The role involves set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Pay around ₹1,600 per day, based on your experience.
