You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates On a typical shift you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
