Dishwasher — Hojai

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dishwasher in Hojai, Assam. On the job you will handle: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks We are looking for comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates; careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers; able to work fast and keep up under service pressure. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
