Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Shajahanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day to day you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
