Canteen cook — Nagapattinam

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Nagapattinam, State of Tamil Nadu. The role involves check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking ₹32,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
