Ideally you have confident knife skills and safe blade handling; quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths; food hygiene / HACCP certificate. Day-to-day duties: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
