Now hiring: scaffold fitter (Madhya Pradesh)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Datia, Madhya Pradesh. The job is on an industrial refinery shutdown. You will install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level. You should have: • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms ₹1,450 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
