Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Konaseema, State of Andhra Pradesh. You will work at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting On a typical shift you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks.
